- File Corruption: If you receive a corrupt file or are unable to download the file due to an issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly assist you by providing a functional file or offering a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please reach out to us with your order details. We will review your case and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
